  • Name2. The landscaping scheme as shown on drawing KL.305.002 Revision A received on 13th September 2016 and approved under planning permission P/16/2072/2 shall be fully completed, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.4. Any shared private drives serving no more than a total of 5 dwellings shall be a minimum of 4.25 metres wide for at least the first 5 metres behind the highway boundary and have a drop crossing of a minimum size as shown in Figure DG20 of the 6CsDG at its junction with the adopted road carriageway. The access drive shall be provided before any dwelling hereby permitted is first occupied and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained.5. Before first use of the development hereby permitted the access drive and any turning space shall be surfaced with tarmacadam, or similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate) for a distance of at least 5 metres behind the highway boundary and shall be so maintained at all times.6. The car parking and any turning facilities shown serving each dwelling shall be provided, hard surfaced and made available for use before the dwelling is occupied and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained.7.
